PREPARING YOUR HAIR FOR YOUR FITTING APPOINTMENT
Once you have completed your consultation and are booked in for your fitting appointment follow our five easy pre fitting steps to ensure your new hair is fitted in the best circumstances. Be advised, by not following this advice you may encounter problems such as bond / tape slippage. New hair extensions are an investment, to ensure they last for their optimum wear time, make sure you follow all of our advice. It's easy to do and makes all the difference to your extensions longevity and durability.

Do not change your hair colour or cut between your consultation and fitting appointment. The hair selections made and purchased at your consultation have been specifically chosen based on your hair at the consultation stage. Any changes made to your natural hair after your consultation may have a detrimental effect on the desired outcome of your fitting.
IMPORTANT ADVICE REGARDING HAIRCUTS AND HAIR COLOURANTS

COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING AT LEAST THREE HOURS BEFORE YOUR FITTING APPOINTMENT
1. Wash your hair twice (yes twice!) with the clarifying shampoo you were supplied with at your consultation. This will ensure it is thoroughly cleansed of product build up/residue. Product residue can result in inferior adherence of your bonds. This clarifying shampoo is the only product you can apply onto your hair prior to your fitting.
2. Ensure you have thoroughly rinsed the clarifying shampoo out of your hair. Take the time to rinse for an additional two/three minutes longer than usual.
3. IMPORTANT: DO NOT apply conditioner OR any other styling product to your hair.
4. Thoroughly dry your hair.
5. Straighten your hair - we thank you in advance for this - by taming those stray hairs you make it much easier for us to work with to quickly get the nice clean sections we need.
If your hair feels a bit rough as a result of all this advice don't worry! We want those cuticles to be as squeaky clean as possible at the root point of application to ensure the best adherence to your hair.
