When booking a consultation - please ensure you are available for an appointment slot during daylight hours, as adequate sunlight is needed to ensure the best colour match with extensions.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR CONSULTATION
PREPERATION BEFORE YOUR CONSULTATION APPOINTMENT
Make sure your hair is freshly washed ready for your consultation, in order for us to assess your hair accurately.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING YOUR CONSULTATION?
Consultations usually take approx' one hour and are a chance for us to assess your hair type, your lifestyle, and your requirements in order to ensure together we make the best choices to match your needs and create your perfect look. We ask you to be completely honest with us regarding your response to any questions we ask during our consultation - this is for your benefit - the more detailed and accurate information we know about your hair and any other questions we ask - the better we can help you acheive your aims. Please feel free to ask lots of questions yourself, never worry, there are no bad questions just ones that don't get asked! We never book our appointments back to back, and always accommodate extra time between our appointments for us to answer all your queries thoroughly for your peace of mind.
A colour match of your hair is completed to give the perfect results to reach your aims. If you decide to go ahead and book your fitting, a (very discreet) strand test is completed (this is for all first time clients with Elle & East). Your strand test is worn until your fitting appointment (this must be for a minimum of 48 hours) and is for your safety, it is the last line in our thorough selection criteria that ensures your hair's suitability to the extension method chosen, this helps to protect the health of your natural hair in the long term.
We will also talk you through the process of what occurs on your fitting day and what to expect from your extensions and the aftercare involved. We will provide you with pre fitting clarifying shampoo and information on the quick and simple steps to prepare your hair for your fitting appointment. We are also here to help, on the other end of the phone, if you remember something you forgot to ask us at your appointment. Call us, we welcome all enquiries and want you to feel as informed, assured, and happy as possible with every step of the process.
Great colour matching is an art.

With over 85 colours available, from 12 to 24 inches in length. We guide and advise you during your consultation to pick the options that will best achieve the results you desire.
PLEASE NOTE: If you decide to go ahead and book your fitting appointment at your consultation - a payment is required to order your hair and to secure your fitting date appointment. This is a combination of a non refundable £25.00 retainer to secure your fitting appointment slot and a deposit towards ordering the hair needed for your fitting. This payment will be deducted from the final amount payable at the time of your fitting, therefore there is less money to actually pay on your fitting day.Â

The deposit/retainer paid at your consultation is required to secure your fitting appointment and pay a cost towards the hair we order on your behalf. If you would like to reschedule your fitting appointment this can be done by contacting us any time up to 24 hours before your appointment time. Your £25.00 appointment retainer will then be moved over to secure your rescheduled appointment slot time. Any complete cancellations must be done 48 hours in advance of your appointment in order to receive your retainer back. In the unlikely event you decide to cancel your fitting appointment after your hair is ordered, a refund will be issued back to you for any cost of the hair you have ordered minus the delivery charges incurred in ordering your hair, as these are non refundable. Please note: refunds can take up to several weeks for suppliers to issue - please bear this in mind.
